In 2008, when our team helped brand and open The Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, we had very little budget. Paid ads were out. Elaborate PPC spending not possible. So we turned to a growing new medium — social media. The concern back then was “what do we do if people say something unfavorable?”

Our answer … open those flood gates. Today, we’ve taken it a step further, launching a social sharing page that delivers what everyone is saying about this great hotel. In real time.
